Hearing the Wind

One May day in 2012 the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited some new apartment buildings in Changjon Street. When he was in a flat of the 45-storey apartment block, which was the tallest in the street, he walked to the balcony. After a while of thought, he opened the window a little and then shut it. He said that it seemed the wind was blowing in somewhere through the balcony window. The view from the balcony was nice, but it was undesirable to have the noise of the wind blowing in through the window, he said.
He told officials earnestly: We should not let the people move into apartments with the noise of the wind. We should take a measure to remove the defect of the wind coming in.
Thus a job was done to check if the wind came in through the window crevices in all the apartments in Changjon Street and to put them airtight if there was any.
