Quality Stressed Repeatedly 

  On a snowing day in late October 2018, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the then Samjiyon County.
Looking round the construction site of the county seat, he said that the requirements of the design should be observed without fail and the quality of building work ensured, and added:
As I have emphasized time and again, we should not be obsessed with the speed of construction, driven by impatience to unconditionally finish something by a certain time. We should shovel even one spadeful of earth and plaster even one square metre with conscience just as the real owner of a house would do. We should build all structures to be monumental edifices of lasting significance in the era of the Workers’ Party by thoroughly ensuring quality on the highest level.
The officials were moved by his instructions that structures for the people should be flawless.
Kim Jong Un pays close attention to the quality of the buildings for the people with a firm determination to serve the people.
The laughter of the people continues to resound throughout the country with the springing up of the monumental buildings.
The officials were convinced that entities of great transformation, which the world people would envy, would be built in the country as it is led by Kim Jong Un who sets forth greatest goals and leads the struggle to implement them.
