Like Bringing Flowers into Full Bloom 

  One day, Chairman Kim Jong Il visited Chongsan-ri, a historic place.
Looking at the white apple blossoms on the hills nearby the road, he said that the village looked just like the one in a flower garden.
Then he said to an official of the farm: In order to bring the flowers in an orchard into full bloom, it is necessary to apply manure to it, weed it and spray chemicals onto it; likewise, we should work efficiently with the people through explanation, persuasion and criticism to educate them; just as the army should define a correct target of attack before firing on it to win a battle, we should set the exact target of ideological education and enlist all the means of information and motivation work to advance the ideological revolution in the countryside.
Listening to his instructions, the official realized that the only way to turn Chongsan-ri into a people’s paradise as the President Kim Il Sung wished was to embody the Chongsanri spirit and Chongsanri method.
