Precedence to Political Work before Designing
One February day in 2014, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited a fishery station under construction. It was a very windy day.
After learning about the progress of construction project, he expressed great satisfaction and asked the officials to build wharves on a high qualitative level so that it could be a standard one in the country.
The officials felt a sense of heavy responsibility to hear his great trust that they would build a wonderful fishery as required by the new century.
Comrade Kim Jong Un specified the important issues to be tackled in the project.
He said: As is the case with all other work, the success in the construction of the fishery station depends entirely on how the officials conduct the political work. The Party sets it as an important principle to give priority to the designing in the construction sector, and it is also imperative to give precedence to political work before designing.
Listening to what he had to say, the officials were firmly determined to successfully carry out their assigned task by giving definite priority to political work over all other work.
