As required by the developing reality
One day Chairman Kim Jong Il visited a machine factory. While he was quite close to some workers watching them turn out molten iron in the casting process, officials asked him to leave the site as it was a dangerous place.
Declining their request, the Chairman asked them to let the workers produce the molten iron as the officials themselves were there in the shop to see how the workers do their job. Then he observed the process of the castings production with great attention.
The officials learned only later why the Chairman stopped long in the fuming, spark-flying site.
After his visit to the factory the Chairman proposed to get rid of the outdated castings production process completely and set up a modern one. Thus the factory came to be more helpful for the development of the country’s machine industry.
Officials all felt keenly from the completely changed castings production process the peerlessly great leader’s idea that they had to mix with the reality and solve problems as required by the developing reality.
