Urging to help them to the end 

  One day Chairman Kim Jong Il made a heart-warming remark that he held agricultural scientists in respect who have to engage themselves in research while working in the scorching field all their life in order to take an opportunity of experiment which comes only once a year, unlike the industrial sector.
Official present on the occasion were moved to know how great trust and care the Chairman kept for the agricultural scientists who worked honestly and conscientiously for their research for long years in order to implement the Party’s policy of agricultural revolution.
The Chairman told the officials not to let them disappointed when they failed in their experiment for one year or two, but encourage and support them to the end until they made a success.
Hearing him the officials thought the Korean agricultural scientists working under the trust and care of the Chairman were really happy.
