  The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un unfolded a far-reaching plan of building a new street in the capital city of Pyongyang, in addition to the construction of 10 000 flats at the second-stage section in the Hwasong area.
He entrusted the young people with this honourable task.
Cherishing his great trust deep in their minds, the members of the Paektusan Hero Youth Shock Brigade came to Pyongyang and many other young people across the country volunteered to work in the project with a determination to give full play to their youthful mettle and passion in the efforts for creating the people’s happiness.
Upon receiving the report, Comrade Kim Jong Un said to the officials with satisfaction: The present ideological and mental state of our young people is quite good and their spirit is running very high. This time more than 100 000 young people volunteered to work at the construction site in the capital city in hearty response to the call of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea. As the young communists became the backbone in pioneering the revolutionary cause of Juche and the anti-Japanese war veterans became the core in nation building in the past, our young people should be the backbone of the revolutionary ranks and the vanguard and advance group in building socialism and communism.
Encouraged by his great trust in them, the young people could create a miracle of building in the capital city of Pyongyang a magnificent street envied by the world in a short period of time.
