  One July day in 2015, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited a factory.
Noting that Chairman Kim Jong Il had been particularly concerned about the factory, he said that he visited it to take measures to increase the output of laver and the varieties of its processed products.
After learning in detail about the varieties, quality and processing method of laver products, he expressed great satisfaction over the fact that the factory was processing by various methods the laver, a health food widely used by the people in their dietary life.
As the people’s demand for laver products increases, the factory should direct its main efforts to increasing their varieties and output, he stressed, specifying the methods to produce laver products with hot, sweet and various other flavours.
He also said that, in order to produce various laver products in larger quantities, the factory should vigorously promote the work of developing new processing methods of its own style and setting up more modern production lines.
