Party worker and humanity 

  One summer day Chairman Kim Jong Il stopped at a lake for a break on his energetic journey of on-site guidance.
On the shore of the big lake were different kinds of beautiful flowers in bloom. Watching the flowers for a while, the Chairman asked an official to observe what kinds of flowers had many bees and butterflies on them and what kinds did not.
The Chairman said: The flowers all look fragrant, but now that we observe their movements of the bees and butterflies like this, we are able to tell easily which are fragrant and which are not. Flowers may be visited by bees and butterflies only when they have fragrance; likewise, a Party worker can have visitors only when he has humanity. The fragrance of the Party worker is simply the humanity and kind-heartedness.
Even a break of his work when he saw flowers was dedicated to teaching the principle of life or the principle of the Party work.
