Revolutionary Spirit Implanted 

  Dozens of years ago the production soared in the industrial sector of Korea, so the demand for power was increasing with each passing day.
At a conference President Kim Il Sung told officials that they should ease the strain on the nation’s power supply one way or another by displaying the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance, and that they would be able to do it without difficulty if they tackled the problem in a revolutionary spirit. Then he stressed: You may often find yourselves in difficulty while making revolution. In that case you should not lose courage but brave the obstacle in the spirit of self-reliance. However difficult the power supply may be, it would be nothing compared to the obstacles we were faced with in the past. We should give full play to the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance and thus ease the strain on power supply in the country.
Hearing his words, the officials made up their mind to increase the power generation true to his noble intention.
