Order of solicitude 

  One summer day the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, learning about the flood damage in the Kaechon area, ordered a Korean People’s Army unit to restore the railway from Kaechon to Joyang and remove the mountains of earth.
The officers and men of the unit swiftly marched to the spot and struggled strenuously day in and day out. It was expected that it would take more than three months at least to repair the damage and bring the railway traffic back to normal. But the united effort of the soldiers and the local people wrought the miracle of removing the mountains of earth, restoring the railway in the station area, banking and rebuilding the railway beds in no more than three days and sending the first train of coal into run.
What moved the heart of the local people was not simply the miracle. During the restoration struggle a lot of central and local organs and establishments visited the soldiers to offer aid materials. But the soldiers refused to accept the materials, saying that they could never cause any burden to the people and that they were soldiers of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The people had no other alternative but to return home, bringing the moving story and all the materials with them. They still had no idea that the order of Kim Jong Un had included the instruction that the soldiers should allow no burden to the people with a high sense of responsibility and consciousness of theirs being the army of the people.
The rock-solid army-people unity of the DPRK is associated with the wise guidance of Kim Jong Un who ensures that the People’s Army displays the ennobling spiritual and moral qualities befitting a revolutionary army.
