Matter of great weight 

  People still remember what the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said to officials while looking round the newly built Mindulle Notebook Factory one day in April 2016.
He said earnestly: The matter of notebooks for our children and students is the one of great weight which the President Kim Il Sung and the Chairman Kim Jong Il were concerned about all their lives. This is clear when you remember they gave instructions related to notebook production on hundreds of occasions.
Then he added warmly: We have carried out another task given by the President and the Chairman by erecting the Mindulle Notebook Factory. They would be really happy if they saw the quality notebooks produced at this modern factory.
Officials were moved to see Kim Jong Un missing the President Kim Il Sung and the Chairman Kim Jong Il so anxiously. They felt anew that the instructions given by the President and the Chairman should be the starting point of all their thinking and practice and that they are the motive force of struggle and sword of victory.
